The most important reason to maintain window cleanings are to avoid glass degradation. Glass can, over time, become permeable with a wide range of contaminants:

In most cases, hard water or mineral deposits are the biggest threat to most homes, and a good source of extra income for window cleaners. Unlike most window cleaning companies we actually include the removal for free in hopes to get you on our maintenance program to avoid the build up from returning and preserving the lifetime of your glass. Hard water that runs over the prefabricated surface, such as painted siding, wood stain, minerals, deposits, acids and concrete sealants can penetrate pores of the glass as rain water flows down the windows surface. It can damage the glass if not maintained on a regular basis which can result in more costly glass replacement solutions. The need for basic glass restoration can be easily avoided with regular cleanings of exterior glass surfaces. No less than two cleanings are recommended per year.
Maintenance Programs
One Time Cleanings and First Clean
If the house is for sale or we are only doing a one time cleaning, the price will be higher then for routine maintenance cleans. The first time we clean the windows is more expensive becuase they will require more detail and take longer to clean. Anything over 1 year will be considered a first clean again.
Semi-Annual Cleanings
We suggest doing Semi-Annual cleans. After the first clean you will receive a call, text or email letting you know its time for window cleaning again. The second cleaning we only do the outside windows for approximately half the cost of the full clean. As long as you keep up to date replacing the air filters in your house, the inside can get by with only being cleaned once. Unless of coarse if you have pets or children which are notorious for marking up the windows with fingerprints and slobber, in which case we can do the full clean twice a year.
Annual Cleaning
At the very least we recommend having the windows cleaned in your home once per year. The dirt build up for anything over a year is bad enough to set you back to a "first clean" pricing.
Maintenance Discounts
After 1 year of service we will give you a 10% discount on every full clean and a 5% discount on every outside only cleaning for as long as you stay on this pattern. You will be allowed to use that discount and stack it with any other kind of special being offered.
